Man Bulldozes Home: Wife’s Errands End With Home, Everything Inside In Rubble

 

 

 

 

 

 

” A man bulldozed his wife’s home down to the ground with everything inside it, and when he was asked why he didn’t let her know about it, he said that he tried to call her, but she didn’t answer her phone. The bizarre story coming out of New York certainly confirms one of the neighbor’s observations that while the husband is a “nice guy,” he is also a “loose cannon.” As reported by 4 New York on Jan. 21, when 48-year-old James Rhein’s wife came home to her house after running errands on Monday, she was extremely upset. “She was in the middle of the road screaming, ‘her house, what happened to her house?'”

  Apparently, James Rhein is not a man of words but of action. The house on Woodland Avenue in Middletown in New York, which legally belonged to his wife, had problems with the foundation and was crumbling from years of disrepair. On Monday, while his wife was running some errands, James had some time on his hand to take care of the problematic house.

  Since Monday was a federal holiday and all official offices to get a demolition permit were closed, Rhein took the matter into his own hands. He rented a bulldozer from a local construction company, got to work, and by the time his wife was done with her errands, the house was taken care of – as in bulldozed to the ground.”

Long Island School Expels Seniors For Displaying Confederate Flag

Principal: L.I. High School Students Suspended Indefinitely For Displaying Confederate Flag

 

 

 

 

 

 

” Two Long Island high school students have been suspended for allegedly bringing a Confederate flag to school.

  Brother Gary Cregan, principal of St. Anthony’s High School in South Huntington, said the two seniors walked in with a Confederate flag draped around their shoulders during an after-hours sporting event at the school.

  The students were initially suspended for 10 days, but Cregan decided Tuesday they won’t be allowed back, Brown reported.

  Cregan wrote a letter to parents saying the use of any symbols “designed to revive past injustices or to inflame discrimination or racial intolerance, is completely unacceptable and profoundly offensive,” Newsday reported.

  The students haven’t explained why they did it. St. Anthony’s is a private Catholic school and isn’t bound by the First Amendment right to free speech.

  Still, the New York Civil Liberties Union said all people should be able to express their views freely, even the offensive ones.

“ Our motto is more speech, not censorship or punishment,” NYCLU director Donna Lieberman told Brown. “Helping children understand the impact of this patently offensive expressive activity.” “

” The argument between two girls quickly grew to a fight between seven. The fights happened just before dismissal. The school had about six security guards on duty. It took almost two minutes for them to get to the fight, but teachers were around. In the video, you can hear a teacher tell someone to get help and try to get the students to stop.

  The principal of the high school says the teacher followed protocol, saying it is the safest way to handle these situations. 

  Bill Geraci, Churchville Chili High School Principal, said, “”I’ve been in schools a long time, if teachers get involved physically, it can escalate the fight and more people can get hurt.” “

  A man was assaulted by police and his video of the incident confiscated. He was then jailed for 10 days after false charges were brought against him.

  A year later he received his phone back only to find that the files had been corrupted and the video unplayable.

  He reached out to the internet, and the internet answered. One of the files was repaired by a reddit user, which shows the assault on video. He explains what happens in the story below.”

     Below is a newly released video from Mr “Baxter” purporting to document the tampering of his cell phone while in police custody . Mr “Baxter” has other files pertaining to the assault that are still corrupted and welcomes any assistance from the public in retrieving those files .    A Liveleak user has also managed to recover a substantial portion of the audio in which the officer can be heard telling the videographer to get the f**k out of here .

    

   This entire episode seems somewhat suspicious as the videographer provides no details beyond the video . Following various links leads one to assume that this transpired in Oneida county in upstate NY and while the videos are posted on Youtube under the name of George Baxter on one video the videographer claims his name is Mark Lambridge .

   The video offers a brief glimpse of the patrol car and it’s license plate but is too blurry for us to make out as is the view of the officer’s name tag and the license plates on a truck in the background . As much as we despise police abuse and want to help in combatting it , we cannot help but believe that we are not getting the whole story here . We reserve judgement for now and offer the reader what information that we could find . Decide for yourselves .

” Obamacare enrollment numbers have fallen so short of the Obama administration’s anticipated goal that the government has begun enrolling America’s most upstanding citizens–our incarcerated population–and picking up the tab for it, too.

  Albany County, New York Sheriff Craig Apple has pushed hard for prisoners to enroll in Obamacare. He says it’s a win-win situation for inmates and taxpayers. Apple told WRGB that taxpayers will only be forced to pay once for inmates’ medical bills- through their federal taxes, not in addition to their county taxes. Sheriff Apple said that there are around 400 inmates eligible to enroll in Obamacare.”

All we can see is that thanks to government healthcare we  , the taxpayers , are picking up the tab for anyone who can’t pay for it themselves which by their very nature means all inmates all the time … Obamacare or not . ” Remington first began considering new locations after the New York legislature passed the Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement (SAFE) Act in response to the tragic shootings in Newtown, Conn. In addition to banning magazines that contain more than seven rounds and requiring instant background checks on ammo purchases,  the NY SAFE Act broadened the definition of so-called “assault weapons” to include a wide range of guns, including the Bushmaster, which was being manufactured at Remington’s New York plant.

  Almost half the states in the country have made pitches to Remington, included Arizona, Oklahoma, Michigan, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. But in the end, the company chose Huntsville, Ala.

  The initial estimated impact on Alabama’s economy will be roughly $87 million.”

” The article, in explaining the decision to publish the information, pointed to the school massacre in nearby Newtown, Conn., and the concerns of some residents about which of their neighbors might have firearms.

But readers swiftly condemned the move. They pointed out that the interactive map could make the gun owners a target, but also make clear to would-be robbers which homes do not contain a gun.

“Do you fools realize that you also made a map for criminals to use to find homes to rob that have no guns in them to protect themselves?” one reader wrote on Facebook.

“You have just destroyed the privacy of these law abiding citizens and by releasing this list, you have equated them to that of sex offenders and murders,” wrote another. “These are law abiding gun owners, they are no danger to anyone except for criminals. And with this information you have made them targets for both criminals and anti gun lobbyist who i am sure are going to treat them like monsters.” “
