The Five Deadliest Police States Of 2014

” If you had to guess which states had the most per-capita police involved deaths, would you include states like California, Texas, or New York? Or maybe Florida, Missouri, or Washington? Strange as it may seem, although these states do have many police involved deaths, they do not fall within the five deadliest.

California has a population of approximately 38,802,500. In 2014 there were around 106 killings, which calculates to about 2.73 police related deaths per million residents (PRDPMR). Texas had a population of about 26,956,958, and 53 killings, calculates to about 1.97 PRDPMR. With a population of about 19,746,227 and 19 killings, New York’s rate of deaths from police officers is only 0.96 PRDPMR. Florida’s rate is 2.01 PRDPMR, Missouri’s is 2.14 PRDPMR, and Washington’s is 2.55 PRDPMR.”

” Six things you can do to reduce the slaughter:

  1. Write letters to your state legislators and city councils demanding that they require police to get trained on de-escalation strategies and less-than-lethal methods, and that police and sheriff’s departments enact stricter rules for using lethal force.
  2. Vote out prosecutors that refuse to charge officers who needlessly take life.
  3. Write your local police chiefs and sheriffs demanding that they hold their officers and deputies to higher standards when it comes to the use of force. Let them know that you will hold them accountable for any loss of life that results from the excessive use of force from members of their agency.
  4. Always keep a video recording device with you, record every police encounter you see.
  5. Email the link to this article to all of your friends.
  6. Visit VictimsofPolice.com and look up the police related deaths that have recently occurred in your state. “

Protests Planned To Target U.S. Southern Border Entry Ports

” American citizens describing themselves as “deeply concerned” with Obama administration immigration policies plan a mass protest on Saturday to press their demand to seal the southern border by blocking traffic at more than a dozen U.S. crossings.

Demonstrators will attempt to stop incoming and outgoing traffic at 17 of the 63 locations in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California listed on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website.

Rob Chupp, an organizer of the action publicized as “Shut Down All Ports Of Entry,” said more than a thousand people are expected to gather across the several states at the same time, 8 a.m. PDT/10 a.m. CDT at targeted checkpoints, park their vehicles in every lane and turn them off.”

Yahoo News

Update: Due to threats of violence the planned “Shut Down All Points Of Entry” protests planned for today have been cancelled :

" PROTEST IS CANCELLED.....PROTEST IS CANCELLED......

There has been an unsubstantiated threat of mass violence to attendees, along with very suspicious activity on the Facebook site. These two items are more than enough for me to immediatelystop any protest that was going to occur.

Your lives, and the lives of our law enforcement, are more important than any protest.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but we must remain safe and not put anyone in danger. If you attend, you are not just putting yourself in danger, but the law enforcement officers, as well. They are there to watch you, the protesters against you and the unknown threat. That is not the purpose of this event! Risking anyone's life is not worth it!

Please pass the word along to everyone!

Sincerely,

Stasyi Barth "

Chicken Pox Outbreak Puts Illegal Immigrant Facility On Lockdown

” The federal government’s new facility ,  to house illegal immigrant families surging across the border has been put on lockdown because of chicken pox, with no immigrants allowed to be transferred in or out, a congressman said this week.

Hundreds of illegal immigrants being kept at the campus of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, New Mexico, are being treated for and vaccinated against chicken pox after an outbreak, said Rep. Steve Pearce, the Republican congressman whose district includes Artesia.

“ As the FLETC facility reaches maximum capacity, I am increasingly concerned for the health and safety of the women and children at FLETC and for the local community. The virus, that has caused two residents to be put in isolation, has halted all departures,” Mr. Pearce said.

He said he’s asked the Homeland Security Department, which runs the facility, to be available to handle calls from the community.

The chicken pox outbreak is the latest hiccup for federal officials struggling to gain a handle on the surge of illegal immigrants from Central America this year.”

Western Lawmakers Gather In Utah To Talk Federal Land Takeover

federal-land-map-1024x8411

” It’s time for Western states to take control of federal lands within their borders, lawmakers and county commissioners from Western states said at Utah’s Capitol on Friday.

More than 50 political leaders from nine states convened for the first time to talk about their joint goal: wresting control of oil-, timber -and mineral-rich lands away from the feds.

” It’s simply time,” said Rep. Ken Ivory, R-West Jordan, who organized the Legislative Summit on the Transfer for Public Lands along with Montana state Sen. Jennifer Fielder. “The urgency is now.” “

Federal Lands

” Utah House Speaker Becky Lockhart, R-Provo, was flanked by a dozen participants, including her counterparts from Idaho and Montana, during a press conference after the daylong closed-door summit. U.S. Sen. Mike Lee addressed the group over lunch, Ivory said. New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Wyoming, Oregon and Washington also were represented.

The summit was in the works before this month’s tense standoff between Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and the Bureau of Land Management over cattle grazing, Lockhart said.

” What’s happened in Nevada is really just a symptom of a much larger problem,” Lockhart said.

Fielder, who described herself as “just a person who lives in the woods,” said federal land management is hamstrung by bad policies, politicized science and severe federal budget cuts.

“Those of us who live in the rural areas know how to take care of lands,” Fielder said, who lives in the northwestern Montana town of Thompson Falls.”

Letter: ‘I Cannot Continue To Pretend Or Deceive The Members Of Our Community’

” Just days after the U.S. Department of Justice announced the results of an investigation into the Albuquerque Police Department, three members of the Police Oversight Commission are quitting.

In their resignation letters to Mayor Richard Berry, Richard Shine, Jennifer Barela and Jonathan Siegel said they’re resigning because the civilian commission has no teeth.

“ The city attorney’s office addressed the POC on April 10, 2014, and stated that we have no power to decide against the APD Chief or against the independent review officer’s findings regarding citizens’ complaints,” reads Siegel’s letter. “I cannot continue to pretend or deceive the members of our community into believing that our city has any real civilian oversight.”

Department Of Justice Investigation Confirms Albuquerque Police ‘Executing’ Citizens

APD Protests

” Residents of Albuquerque, New Mexico are marching on the police department Saturday to demand retribution against the city’s mayor and police chief for their role in the police force’s documented “execution” of citizens.

The march comes after the Department of Justice slammed the Albuquerque Police Department for their frequent use of excessive and lethal force in a damning report released on Thursday.

Though, according to advocates, abuse by local law enforcement has been systemic for years, calls for increased scrutiny of the APD were amplified following the police shooting death of James Boyd, a homeless man suffering from mental illness, on March 16.

Advocates welcomed the DOJ’s findings, saying the report was “spot on” in terms of identifying the root causes of this behavior, such as the “aggressive culture of the department” and the way in which “force is prioritized in training.”

However, according to David Correia, an organizer with the Task Force for Public Safety who has been working with families of victims of APD violence, the DOJ’s inclusion of Mayor Richard J. Berry and police chief Gorden Eden in the negotiations for the consent decree, which will dictate how those recommendations will be implemented, is a “non-starter” for the community groups.

The Justice Department investigation, launched in November 2012, found:

APD officers too frequently use deadly force against people who pose a minimal threat and in situations where the conduct of the officers heightens the danger and contributes to the need to use force;

APD officers use less lethal force, including electronic controlled weapons, on people who are passively resisting, non-threatening, observably unable to comply with orders or pose only a minimal threat to the officers; and

Encounters between APD officers and persons with mental illness and in crisis too frequently result in a use of force or a higher level of force than necessary.”

19 States Join Lawsuit Against NJ Gun Law

” Support is mounting for a lawsuit that challenges New Jersey’s tight restrictions on handgun ownership and its high standard of “justifiable need” for carrying a weapon outside the home.

Nineteen states as well as the powerful National Rifle Association have joined the case’s plaintiff John Drake, who in his lawsuit claims he was denied a permit following a thwarted robbery attempt on his Sussex County business.

Drake lost his appeal before a three-judge panel of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals last year and now a growing number of states, led by Wyoming, are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to hear the case, claiming New Jersey was wrong when it determined that the business owner failed to prove “justifiable need” to carry a gun under state statute.

Drake’s suit also claims that his right to bear arms under the Second Amendment has been violated.”

The Worst Run States In America

ii-usatoday-five-worst-run-states

” For several years now, 24/7 Wall Street has analyzed how well each state within the United States is run by its elected officials and government bureaucrats. To determine how well each state is run, they looked at each state’s financial data as well the services that each provides to its residents, while also factoring in their standard of living.

To determine how well the states are run, 24/7 Wall St. reviewed hundreds of data sets from dozens of sources. We looked at each state’s debt, revenue, expenditure, and deficit to determine how well it was managed fiscally. We reviewed taxes, exports, and GDP growth, including a breakdown by sector, to identify how each state was managing its resources. We looked at poverty, income, unemployment, high school graduation, violent crime and foreclosure rates to assess the well-being of the state’s residents.

While each state is different, the best-run states share certain characteristics, as do the worst run. For example, the populations of the worse-off states tended to have lower standards of living. Violent crime rates in these states were usually higher and residents were much less likely to have a high school diploma.

The worst-run states also tended to have weak fiscal management reflected in higher budget shortfalls and lower credit ratings by Moody’s Investors Service and Standard & Poors.

The better-run states tended to display stable fiscal management. Pensions were more likely to be fully funded, debt was lower, and budget deficits smaller. Credit ratings agencies also were much more likely to rate the well-run states favorably. Only two poorly run states received a perfect credit rating from either agency. California and Illinois, which are ranked worst and third worst, received the lowest ratings from both agencies.

The states that were well-managed also tended to have lower unemployment rates.

We won’t keep you in suspense – the map below, which was produced by USA Today from 24/7 Wall Street’s data, reveals which states were reported to be the worst run in 2013:”

Because she saved them, she couldn’t get out of the way. She was hit and nearly killed.

In a split second, McCullough jumped in front of a suspected drunk driver to save two others.”

Pursuit And Shooting Of ‘Cop Killer’ Captured On Police Body Cameras

Christopher Chase Shootout

” A man who shot four law enforcement officers and led scores more on a sprawling police chase through Albuquerque in late October was shot eight times, including four times in the neck and once through his scalp, according to the autopsy report released Tuesday.

The police department released videos from officers involved in the chase, with sometimes graphic images of the officers as they were shot, including:

– the video starts with a female officer advising she was under fire
– the same officer is found, slumped in her car with mouth wide open at 3:40
– 4:55 police receive fire and shoot back through their windshield using an automatic rifle
– shootout at 5:30 onwards

Please note that the item has been edited in parts to shorten the length of the video. Details of the story appear underneath the video.

On the morning of Oct. 26, Christopher Chase, 35, dressed in body armor and camouflage and wielding an assault rifle, told witnesses in Southeast Albuquerque to call police and that he was waiting for them. He then fired upon an officer and managed to steal the officer’s police cruiser, beginning a 16-mile police pursuit that eventually ended when Chase crumpled in the cruiser against a gas pump at Fourth and Montano NW — all amid gunfire from multiple officers.

Chase had shot three Albuquerque police officers, who received minor injuries, and one Bernalillo County sheriff’s deputy, Robin Hopkins, who is undergoing a lengthy recovery for a shattered femur.

The autopsy, released Tuesday by the Office of the Medical Investigator, gives some insight about Chase’s final moments. APD officials have not confirmed that they shot Chase, though they did confirm that they shot at him and that he had gunshot wounds when officers pulled him out of the wrecked APD vehicle.

The several hours of video from officers’ lapel cameras show a chaotic scene, with at least three dozen shots fired at Fourth and Montano at the end of the chase. Officers can be heard shouting expletives and instructions to each other as they try and comprehend the fast-moving situation. One video shows APD officer Daniel Morales as he gets shot in the leg, and another shows officers discussing how Chase had “half his head blown off” after the dust had settled.

A gruesome shot shows a bloody Chase slumped over the steering wheel, blood splattered over the interior of the car.

Officers can be seen running from vandalism and breaking-and-entering calls all over the city in response to a “shots fired” call blasted over their radios. Adding to the complication was an incorrect address that dispatchers could be heard repeating several times throughout the chase.

Interim Police Chief Allen Banks said a witness told 911 dispatchers that Chase was waiting to ambush officers at Broadway and Cesar Chavez. In fact, Chase was waiting at Broadway and Iron, catching the first responding officer off guard.

Until Tuesday, APD had released little information officially since a short press briefing the day after the shootings. The department had deemed all Journal public records requests about the shooting as “under review.”

The autopsy report showed Chase had three gunshot wounds on his neck near his sternum and another from a bullet that entered near the back of his head. Also, a bullet entered Chase’s upper back, and he had two more gunshot wounds to his left arm. Chase also had a gunshot wound on his scalp, a “gaping” laceration that measured 6 inches long and 4 inches at its widest point, according to the autopsy.

Chase, who had “Cop killer” tattooed across his knuckles, had no drugs in his system, the OMI found. The investigator tested for marijuana, methamphetamines, cocaine and opiates.

Investigators also did not appear to find anything else irregular about Chase physically. All indicators, from the surface of his diaphragm to cardiovascular system, appeared normal, according to the report.

Investigators commented several times throughout the 27-page report that Chase’s brain was “extensively lacerated” from at least two of the shots, preventing them from tracing the trajectories of individual bullets.

In addition to the gunshot wounds, Chase also sustained blunt-force injuries to his head and upper left arm, the report found. APD spokeswoman Tasia Martinez said Tuesday the shooting is still under investigation, and the department is waiting on the results of ballistics tests to determine how many officers fired and who they were.

” We do not know how many officers fired their weapons yet,” Martinez said in a text message.

Martinez did say that six officers were placed on leave after the shooting, a standard practice for officer-involved shootings. The department did not respond to questions about the officers’ names or how long they were on leave.

Martinez said the autopsy will be included in the completed case report. She couldn’t say when the department’s investigation might be completed.”

Chief Of Police Harassed By Feds, Placed On Leave After Signing Pledge To Uphold Constitution

” A police chief was detained and harassed by federal agents while traveling to a constitutional convention before returning home to be told he was being placed on administrative leave and ordered to disband his police department after signing a pledge to uphold the bill of rights.

Police Chief Shane Harger of the Jemez Springs, NM Police Department was flying out of Albuquerque Airport last week on his way to a Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) convention taking place in Las Vegas. CSPOA is an organization headed up by Sheriff Richard Mack under which law enforcement officers gather to re-affirm their commitment to uphold and defend the Constitution.

Before passing security, Harger was approached by a TSA agent who asked the police chief to show his credentials. Moments later, a man claiming to be a “federal agent” also asked to see Harger’s credentials before telling him he was a “person of interest.” The federal agent then demanded to know where Harger was traveling to and why.”

Victim Of Dog-Authorized Anal Assault Receives $1.6 Million Settlement

” The Associated Press reports that the city of Deming, New Mexico, where David Eckert was pulled over for a rolling stop last January, and nearby Hidalgo County have agreed to settle a civil rights lawsuit he filed after cops from those two jurisdictions forced him to undergo a humiliating exploration of his digestive tract. The city and county will pay Eckert $1.6 million, which amounts to $200,000 for each of the increasingly intrusive searches performed on Eckert at Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City: two X-rays, two digital probes of his anus, three enemas, and a colonoscopy, none of which discovered the slightest trace of the drugs that police claim to have thought he was hiding inside himself. Eckert, whose case was first noted here by Brian Doherty, also sued various Deming and Hidalgo County police officers; the hospital, which billed him more than $6,000 for these indignities; and two physicians, Robert Wilcox and Okay Odocha, who executed the elaborate assault under the cover of medicine.”

Police Misconduct: The Worst Case In November

David Eckert

Here's The Video From The Original Report

” Over at Cato’s Police Misconduct Reporting Project, we have named the worst case for the month of November. It was the repeated, forced cavity search of two young men—in separate incidents—in New Mexico.

The first victim, David Eckert, was pulled over by police for failing to make a complete stop at a stop sign. After a police K-9 who was uncertified for drug searches indicated the presence of marijuana, the officers told a judge that the victim appeared to be “clenching his buttocks” and requested a body cavity search warrant, which the judge granted. The officers took Eckert to a local hospital and requested that doctors perform the search, but the hospital doctors refused. The cops then took Eckert to a second hospital, in a neighboring county that was not covered by the warrant, where they found doctors willing to perform the search.”

Minivan Stop Turns To Wild Chase For Mom, Kids

New Mexico Shooting

” Video from a police dashboard camera showed how a routine traffic stop devolved into an intense incident that involved a high speed chase and a police officer appearing to shoot at van full of children.

The incident began when Oriana Ferrell was pulled over by a New Mexico State Police officer for going 71 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone according to ABC News affiliate KRQE-TV in Albuquerque, N.M.

The dash cam shows Ferrell and the officer arguing, and when the officer goes back to his car to check paperwork, Ferrell drives away and is pulled over again by the same officer.

When the officer goes to the car a second time he opens the door and demands that Ferrell get out of the car, yelling “Get out of the vehicle right now!”

When she refuses, the officer appears to attempt to pull her out of the car as her five children, ages 6 to 18, according to The Taos News, start screaming in the car.”

Here is another copy of the video with the accompanying report on the incident .

New Mexico Thug Cops

” TAOS, N.M. (KRQE) – A simple traffic stop turned into a wild scene with a 14-year-old rushing a state cop, a high-speed chase and another officer firing at a fleeing minivan full of kids. Now the driver and her son are facing charges while New Mexico State Police are investigating the officers involved.

It all started Oct. 28 on a state highway south of Taos. A State Police officer pulled over Oriana Ferrell’s minivan for going 71 mphr in a 55 mph zone. In the minivan with her were her five kids. The Taos News reports the children range in age from 6 to 18. On dash cam video you can see Ferrell and the officer argue after Ferrell couldn’t decide whether to pay the $126 fine or contest it in court. The officer instructs her to turn her vehicle off and stay put before walking back to his car.But.

Ferrell drives off instead and the officer has to pull her over again. He doesn’t appear happy as he approaches the driver’s side door of the minivan. The officer yells for Ferrell to get out several times before reaching into the minivan to try and pull her out.In the dash cam video,
you can hear her children yelling for the officer to leave their mom alone and get off of her.

At one point Ferrell’s 14-year-old son gets out of the minivan and starts walking towards the officer, but the boy thinks better of it after the officer draws his Taser and points it at the boy. He gets back in the van while the officer continues his struggle to get Ferrell out of the minivan.”Look, I’m going to ask you one more time to get out of the vehicle and then I’m going to pull you out, OK?” the officer said. “You’re already facing evading charges. You ran away from me.””Sir, I pulled back over, I didn’t run away,” Ferrell responded. “You see my children. I’m not doing anything wrong. I’m just trying to take them to the Rio Grande.”

Finally, Ferrell agrees toget out and talk with the officer behind the minivan. The conversation
doesn’t last long. When the officer tells her to turn around, Ferrell bolts back towards her minivan. The officer grabs her and a struggle ensues. That’s when her 14-year-old son gets out of the car again and rushes the officer.

The boy and the cop have a short tussle. The officer draws his Taser again while the boy runs back into the minivan and closes the door.As backup officers pull up, the officer pulls out his baton and smashes one of the rear windows as the family screams
again. The minivan speeds off while another officer fires what appears to be three shots at the fleeing vehicle.Ferrell leads State Police on a high-speed chase into Taos before giving herself up in front of a hotel.

Ferrell and her 14-year-old son are both arrested. The mother gets child abuse and fleeing charges as well as a misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia. The Taos News reports that State Police claim they found two marijuana pipes in the minivan. Her son is charged with battery of an officer. The family is reportedly from Memphis and was visiting New Mexico on an educational trip.

State Police are not releasing the names of the officers involved but say
they are both under investigation for the incident.”

More New Mexico Body Cavity Search Horrors

New Mexico Woman Illegal Search

By now we’ve all heard of the horrendous treatment and illegal body-cavity searches that new Mexico men David Eckert and Timothy Young were recently subjected to for minor traffic offenses ; well now we can add women to the list of potential sexual assault victims by New Mexico authorities …

” Now a third victim, a woman who wishes to remain anonymous, has come forward to report her sexual assault by members of the Customs and Border Patrol as she crossed the New Mexico border into El Paso, Texas. Once again, a drug dog (not the same one this time) alerted to the presence of narcotics. The woman was strip searched and asked to spread her genitalia and cough. Female agents performed manual probes of her anus and vagina.

When no drugs were found, she was taken to the El Paso University Medical Center, and she was forced to defecate in front of medical staff. Then came the x-ray, another cavity search of vagina and anus (noted as “bi-manual,” or “two-handed” in the medical report), topped off with a CAT scan. And still, no drugs were found.”

The Drift Toward Despotism

” At a time when over 4 million people have had their health insurance canceled, it’s good to know that some Americans can still access prompt medical treatment, even if they don’t want it. David Eckert was pulled over by police in Deming, N.M., for failing to come to a complete halt at a stop sign in the Walmart parking lot. He was asked to step out of the vehicle, and waited on the sidewalk. Officers decided that they didn’t like the tight clench of his buttocks, a subject on which New Mexico’s constabulary is apparently expert, and determined that it was because he had illegal drugs secreted therein. So they arrested him, and took him to Gila Regional Medical Center in neighboring Hidalgo County, where Mr. Eckert was forced to undergo two abdominal X-rays, two rectal probes, three enemas, and defecate thrice in front of medical staff and representatives of two law-enforcement agencies, before being sedated and subjected to a colonoscopy — all procedures performed against his will and without a valid warrant.

Alas, Mr. Eckert’s body proved to be a drug-free zone, and so, after twelve hours of detention, he was released. If you’re wondering where his lawyer was during all this, no attorney was present, as police had not charged Mr. Eckert with anything, so they’re apparently free to frolic and gambol up his rectum to their hearts’ content. Deming police chief Brandon Gigante says his officers did everything “by the book.” That’s the problem, in New Mexico and beyond: “the book.” “

A reader sent us a comment pointing us to this new story that , unfortunately , mirrors the nightmare of David Eckert at the hands of New Mexico police . It appears that a Mr Timothy Young was subjected to the same obscene invasions of privacy at the same Gila Regional Medical Center for failure to signal . 4 On Your Side continues :

” Police reports state deputies stopped Timothy Young because he turned without putting his blinker on.

Again, Leo the K-9 alerts on Young’s seat.

Young is taken to the Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City, and just like Eckert, he’s subjected to medical procedures including x-rays of his stomach and an anal exam.

Again, police found nothing, and again the procedures were done without consent, and in a county not covered by the search warrant.

We’ve learned more about that drug dog, Leo, that seems to get it wrong pretty often. He might be getting it wrong because he’s not even certified in New Mexico.

Again, police found nothing, and again the procedures were done without consent, and in a county not covered by the search warrant.”

The incident began January 2, 2013 after David Eckert finished shopping at the Wal-Mart in Deming.  According to a federal lawsuit, Eckert didn’t make a complete stop at a stop sign coming out of the parking lot and was immediately stopped by law enforcement.”

For failing to come to a complete stop at a mall stop sign this poor man was subjected to the most obscene indignities one could imagine . This surely falls into the “truth is stranger than fiction” category , as no Hollywood movie script writer could ever come up with this scenario .

” While there, Eckert was subjected to repeated and humiliating forced medical procedures.  A review of Eckert’s medical records, which he released to KOB, and details in the lawsuit show the following happened:

1. Eckert’s abdominal area was x-rayed; no narcotics were found.

2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.

3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.

4. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema.  Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers.  Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool.  No narcotics were found.

5. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a second time.  Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers.  Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool.  No narcotics were found.

6. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a third time.  Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers.  Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool.  No narcotics were found.

7. Doctors then x-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.

8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert’s anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines.  No narcotics were found.

Throughout this ordeal, Eckert protested and never gave doctors at the Gila Regional Medical Center consent to perform any of these medical procedures.”

So we are supposed to believe that perceived “clenched buttocks” is grounds for a search warrant being issued ? The judge should be disbarred , the arresting officers fired and the Doctors performing these invasive surgical/medical procedures should be prohibited from treating so much as a stray F***ing cat . And to think there are millions of people in this country that actually believe that the State needs to be granted MORE power in order to keep us “safe” .

What we need to be kept safe from is Leviathan , not dopers …

Here is a list of judges from Grant county courtesy of Judgepedia . An online search has done more to confuse us than clarify the matter but as best we can tell , the nearest judge/courthouse to Deming is in Bayard and the judge’s name is Jose Sandoval . We do not pretend to understand more than the rudiments of law , courts and criminal proceedings and so are at a bit of a loss as to how to expand our investigation into what judge saw fit to issue this insane search warrant . If any readers would like to help please feel free to contact us .

Here is a link to New Mexico legal documents that explains a lot about the search warrant process . Here is the Grant County website , the Gila Regional Medical Center and the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office . This violation of human rights must not go unpunished .
