New Details On Government Watchlists And The No-Fly List Are Cause For Concern

 

 

 

 

” The prospect of being on a government watchlist is one that both tantalizes and strikes fear into the minds of most Americans. Sure, you may read articles on websites that are critical of U.S. policy, participate in protests with community members, post rants on social media, and have an extreme dislike for politicians – but is that really enough to warrant being placed on a list of potential threats?

  More Americans may find themselves asking this question now that new details on the government’s terrorism watchlists and no-fly list have emerged.

  Last Wednesday The Intercept released a 2013 document from the National Counterterrorism Center which details the rules for placing individuals on terrorism watchlists, including the no fly list. The 166-page document details what the government defines as terrorism, which includes everything from assassination and hostage-taking to destruction of government property or computers, and any act that is “dangerous” to property or intended to influence government through intimidation.”

 

 

  If you are not part of the ruling “elite” it is only a matter of time before you become an “Enemy Of The State” . Remember the progression …

” In keeping with the tradition of the FBI’s position on gun rights, it appears the Bureau is working overdrive to monitor and harass gun owners and the gun shops that sell to them.

  While government surveillance of gun purchases and gun owners is nothing new, a recent visit by an FBI Counterterrorism agent to a Columbia, South Carolina gun shop has only reinforced the knowledge that the U.S. government is growing more and more concerned by the prospect of a well-armed populace – particularly one that prefers to live without constant government interference in their personal lives.

  While the narrative surrounding “counterterrorism” operations used to eviscerate civil liberties after 9/11 was initially based upon the threat of Muslim fundamentalists, that narrative has clearly shifted to a focus on gun owning, law-abiding American citizens – both those who are politically active and those who are blissfully ignorant of current events.

  For many, this shift of focus has been quite the surprise. Thus, when the Columbia, South Carolina gun shop in question was approached by an FBI counterterrorism agent on Monday, April 14, the individuals who spoke with him were somewhat alarmed to realize that the agent’s concern was not fundamentalist Muslims but Americans who promote small government.

  According to an individual who was present during the visit (this person will remain anonymous for obvious reasons), the agent pulled up in a regular vehicle in plain clothes and took a look around the shop as if he were considering a purchase before approaching the staff and announcing that he was with the FBI Counterterrorism unit.

“ Never in a million years would I have thought this guy was a fed,” said the witness. “He was in a completely normal vehicle. Regular clothes. Everything. I would have thought this guy was just some downhome country boy.” “

Ohio National Guard Training Envisions Right-Wing Terrorism

 

 

 

 

” Documents from an Ohio National Guard (ONG) training drill conducted last January reveal the details of a mock disaster where Second Amendment supporters with “anti-government” opinions were portrayed as domestic terrorists.

  The ONG 52nd Civil Support Team training scenario involved a plot from local school district employees to use biological weapons in order to advance their beliefs about “protecting Gun Rights and Second Amendment rights.”

  Portsmouth Chief of Police Bill Raisin told NBC 3 WSAZ-TV in Huntington, West Virginia that the drill accurately represented “the reality of the world we live in,” adding that such training “helps us all be prepared.”

  Internal ONG documents provided to Media Trackers after repeated delays provide further context to what WSAZ-TV reported last winter.

  In the disaster-preparedness scenario, two Portsmouth Junior High School employees poisoned school lunches with mustard gas, acting on orders from white-nationalist leader William Pierce.

  The ONG team discovered biological weapons being produced in the school, requiring activation of containment and decontamination procedures.

  Participants in the disaster drill located documents expressing the school employees’ “anti-government” sentiments, as well as a note identifying Pierce as the fictional right-wing terrorists’ leader.

  ONG’s 52nd Civil Support Unit participated in a similar drill involving left-wing terrorists with Athens County first responders last year; public officials apologized for that training the next day in response to complaints from local environmentalist groups.

  No apology to Ohioans who supported limited government and the Second Amendment appears to be forthcoming.”

 

 

   This should be a wakeup call to all those patriots who believe that when the SHTF we will be able to count on the military and police to do the right thing by the Constitution . We have always held fast to that belief as well , but recent events have given us pause .

  Over the past two generations the public “education” system has managed to generate millions of youth that have no capacity to think for themselves and are more than happy to say ” I was just following orders” . It was no excuse at Nuremberg and it will be no excuse in Nebraska or New York , but excuse making comes after the damage is done .

Colo. Sheriff: CSP Should Suspend Course That Calls For Monitoring Of Christians

 

 

 

 

” Responding to a report by Prowers County, Colo., Undersheriff Ron Trowbridge that said a training session advocated monitoring Christians who believe the Bible is the literal word of God, Sheriff Jim Faull said in a media release Sunday that the Colorado State Patrol should “suspend” the training “until it can be reevaluated and appropriate changes made.”

On Friday, we reported that Trowbridge discussed the training he received in a letter that was posted at Red Statements by Steven H. Ahle.

According to the letter, Colorado State Patrol Trooper Joe Kluczynski gave a 2-hour presentation on the “sovereign citizen” movement.

But Kluczynski went further than the FBI, claiming that the movement includes “those who believe America was founded on godly principles, Christians who take the Bible literally, and ‘fundamentalists’.”

Feds Identify 300,000 Americans as Terrorists

Do you hate paying taxes? Are you fighting foreclosure? Do you feel like no one should be allowed to commit violence against you and don’t always blindly follow the commands of the authorities? Do you film encounters with police or believe gold makes better currency than Federal Reserve Notes? Well you might be part of a domestic terrorism movement and not even know it.

On Friday, the Los Angeles Times posted an article attempting to define a domestic terrorist movement consisting of as many as 300,000 Americans. Some are even labeled as non-violent “paper terrorists”.

Is there a more Orwellian term than “non-violent terrorist”?  If you can think of one please share it in the comments below.  They refer to this so-called terror group as “sovereigns, zealots who refuse to recognize government authority in virtually any form.”
