” Illegal aliens successfully landed on a San Diego beach in a panga boat on Monday and ran to shore – but, when another group tried the same thing on Tuesday, U.S. Customs and Border (CBP) agents were waiting for them.

  Around 7am Monday morning, a horde of illegal aliens stormed a San Diego beach after coming ashore in a panga boat. They sprinted across the beach and climbed over a wall, entering the city.

  Seven of the illegal aliens were spotted by helicopter and later apprehended several blocks from the beach; the CBP is still looking for at least ten more who remain at-large, NBC7 in San Diego reports.

  Then, about 1am Tuesday morning, a second panga boat filled with 20 illegal aliens was intercepted about off the coast of San Diego County by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents.”

” Gov. Jerry Brown announced Monday that he has signed a bill limiting full-contact football practices at middle and high schools in response to concerns about concussions, even as many teams already comply with the rules.

  Brown approved the bill, AB 2127, with the support of medical groups and the California Interscholastic Federation, which oversees California high school athletics.

  Assemblyman Ken Cooley, D-Rancho Cordova, said his bill is motivated by parents worried about the risks associated with concussions, which include long-term brain damage and early onset dementia.

  Under the legislation taking effect in 2015, drills involving game-speed tackling are prohibited in the offseason. They are limited to 90-minute sessions twice a week the rest of the year. The rules apply to public, private and charter schools.”

” Send them back! Send the back!” the special-meeting crowd chanted, shouting down Chief Border Patrol Agent Paul Beeson after he took responsibility for transferring the Central American children and families to Murrieta from Texas, where the numbers are too much for facilities to handle.

  On Tuesday, the buses were rerouted an hour south to San Diego after they were met with flag-waving protesters in Murrieta.

  The Wednesday night crowd, gathered at a high school auditorium that seats 750 in the desert city of 100,000 people, groaned when Beeson said four of the immigrants had to be hospitalized, two with scabies and two with fevers.

  And Beeson conceded that he did not know where Tuesday’s immigrants nor several more waves slated to arrive from Texas in coming days will end up.”

  In response to the recent streak of gun violence, the Senate Public Safety Committee has passed a bill that would temporarily take guns out of the hands of at-risk people.

  Assemblymember Democrats Nancy Skinner, Das Williams and Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson say AB 1014 would give law enforcement the ability to obtain a Gun Violence Restraining Order to temporarily limit a person’s access to firearms when there are warning signs of violence.”

The State Of California Sterilized Over Three Dozen Women Without Their Consent

California: 39 Woman Prisoners Were Sterilized Without Consent

 

 

 

 

” Physicians in California prisons illegally sterilized at least 39 women during an eight-year period, with cases recorded as late as 2011, according to a report put out last week by the state’s own auditing office.

  Cynthia Chandler, co-founder of the Oakland-based group Justice Now, which has been raising concerns about prison sterilization processes for years, said that the report’s release “feels like an incredible step and vindication for people who work toward challenging human rights abuses.”

  The audit found problems in 39 cases, which account for more than a quarter of the 144 women who underwent the sterilization procedure between fiscal years 2005-6 and 2012-13. In 27 of the cases, inmates’ physicians had failed to sign the necessary consent form detailing that the patients were mentally competent, had understood the lasting effects of the procedure, and that the required 30-day waiting period after initial inmate consent was given had passed. Eighteen cases potentially violated that required waiting period, which is intended to give female prisoners time to think about their decisions before their surgeries take place. In some cases there is even evidence that doctors falsified records, claiming that the waiting period had elapsed when it actually had not.”

22 Year-Old Virgin Blames His Failings On Women , Shoots 6 Dead , Wounds 7 More

” A lone gunman killed six people and injured seven more during a shooting rampage Friday night in Isla Vista that Sheriff Bill Brown called “the work of a madman.” The suspect was killed after firing on responding deputies, but it’s not clear if the fatal wound to his head was self-inflicted or the result of return fire.

  The seven injured victims are being treated at Santa Barbara Cottage hospital — some for gunshot wounds, others for trauma sustained when the suspect crashed his car as he was pursued — and one recently underwent surgery for life-threatening injuries.

  The names of the victims and the suspect have not been released. Brown, however, confirmed that written and video material left by 22-year-old Elliot Rodger of Calabasas in the hours and days leading up to the shooting is being reviewed as evidence in the massacre. “It appears to be connected,” he said.

  In a YouTube video titled “Elliot Rodger’s Retribution” and posted the day before the shooting, Rodger — a Santa Barbara City College Student and Isla Vista resident, according to his social media accounts — laments his life of “loneliness, rejection, and unfulfilled desires.” He blames women for throwing themselves at “obnoxious brutes” but rejecting him, “the supreme gentlemen.” “

Salinas Cops Gun Down Gardener Armed With Pruning Shears

” Salinas police fatally shot a man armed with gardening shears midday Tuesday outside a Sanborn Road bakery, Cmdr. Vince Maiorana said.

  The officer-involved fatality is the second this month and the third for the year including the deaths of Osman Hernandez and Angel Ruiz, respectively. Last year, Salinas police killed one: Jose Ruiz, on Williams Road.

  Officers responded about noon Tuesday to a home on the 700 block of Elkington Avenue when a woman reported a man had jumped her backyard fence and attempted to attack her dog with scissors, Maiorana said.

  When officers encountered the man at the intersection of Sanborn and Del Monte Avenues, outside Delicia’s Bakery, he made no attempt to hide the shears, Maiorana said.

  Attempts at hailing the man in English and Spanish were unsuccessful, Maiorana said. Officers then unsuccessfully deployed a Taser as the man began waving the gardening shears in the air, he said.

” This individual pulled the gardening shears and actually attempted to attack the officers with the gardening shears,” Maiorana said. “In response, the officers, fearing for their personal safety, shot this individual, and this individual is now deceased.”

 

 

   The claim of “imminent threat” to the police officers is clearly disputed by the video . All we can see is a man making every effort to avoid the police . When did the cops lose their cojones ? What ever happened to the baton ? All the man had was a pair of gardening shears yet the cops felt the need to use deadly force ?

   There was no cop man enough to take out his ASP and give the suspect one good whack to the arm and disarm him ? We are a nation of cowards . Just when did we come to value personal safety over all else ?

” The death toll in a head-on collision between a FedEx truck and a bus full of Los Angeles-area high school students rose to 10 early Friday, officials said.

  The victims included five students, three adult chaperons, the driver of the truck and the driver of the bus, a California Highway Patrol dispatcher told The Times.

  Shortly after 5:30 p.m. Thursday, the FedEx truck crossed the grassy median that separates Interstate 5 here and slammed into the bus packed with students en route to visit Humboldt State University, about 200 miles north of the crash site.

  The impact, which witnesses said sounded like a series of explosions, caused both vehicles to burst into flames. The fireball and towering black smoke were captured by the cellphone cameras of others in nearby cars.”

” As California prepares to adopt the new state educational standards known as Common Core this fall, more parents are speaking out against them. Now one local mom says she was suspended from her son’s school for doing so.

” I was outraged,” 12-year-old Christopher Duran said.

  The boy couldn’t believe it when he found out his mom had been suspended from Mark Twain Elementary School.

” Why would the principal sign a withdrawal of consent to my mom, and furthermore, why would she send the police to the house?” Christopher asked.

  That withdrawal of consent, delivered by a police officer, banned Christopher’s mom from school for 14 days. Last week when we asked the school district why, they told us Katherine Duran was disrupting the school.

” It appears went a little too far with regards to how she distributed information at school sites, distributing information to children directly,” Sacramento City Unified School District spokesperson Gabe Ross said last Thursday.

” To blame me and say that I had personally handed a child that information on school property during school hours and disrupting the school. No, none of that is true,” Christopher’s mom Katherine O’Neal Duran said.”

Cop Held On $480K Bail For Stealing Painkillers From Old Folks Still Drawing A Paycheck

Concord Police Officer Suspected Of Stealing Pain Pills From Seniors Complex

 

 

 

 

” A Concord police officer has been placed on leave and faces charges of burglary and elder abuse for taking prescription drugs from residents at a seniors complex, prosecutors said Friday.

  Matthew Switzer, a 12-year veteran of the Concord Police Department who serves as a K-9 officer, is being held in lieu of $480,000 bail at the County Jail in Martinez. Switzer, who works with a German shepherd named Figo, is on paid administrative leave.

  During his first court appearance Friday afternoon, Switzer listened as Judge Bruce Mills read the charges: two counts of first-degree burglary, one count of second-degree burglary, one count of fraudulently obtaining prescription drugs and one count of elder abuse.

  Switzer’s attorney, Harry Stern, said Switzer is a “good officer” and “well respected.”

  He said Switzer had sustained a neck injury while on the job and suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, which led to addiction. Stern did not say when Switzer was injured or what the stress stemmed from.”

” A Floresville Elementary School bus driver was caught on camera mocking a crying girl one day during the weeks leading up to spring break.

  Video obtained by the Defenders from inside bus No. 67 shows the driver, known to students as “Ms. Pat,” calling the young girl, “crybaby.”

  Then, a few seconds later, she invites the students to join in, chanting, “Ready? Cry, cry, cry!”

  Even though the majority of the bus is chiming in, the little girl can still be heard crying in the background.

” ‘I want my mama,'” Ms. Pat hollers, taunting the sobbing child.

  Monna Perez, whose children ride the same bus, was brought to tears watching the video.

” If you can’t bully at school, why are they allowing it on the bus?” Perez said.”

  Teausant was arrested at the Canadian border “with the intent of continuing to travel to Syria to join the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, a foreign terrorist organization more widely known as al-Qaida in Iraq,” officials said.”

  The raid took place at Cheetahs Gentlemen’s Club on Thursday, March 6th.  The evening was disrupted when 10 armed officers swarmed the business to “conduct a random inspection” of the ladies inside.

” It’s predominately left versus right, but it’s urban versus rural because you typically find more typical conservative values in rural America,” Hare said.”
